PM-MAINT is an industry neutral maintenance management system designed to be used close to the shop floor level. By providing various connectivity options to the existing automation landscape PM-MAINT allows besides purely calendar based planning also a performance based planning that is based on real operating hours and operation cycles.
PM-MAINT supports the maintenance process also for the recording and complete documentation of unplanned repairs by providing easy and comprehensible workflows combined with a high degree of ease of use.
Maintenance relevant information that has been calculated by PM-MAINT like e.g. recommended maintenance dates can be transferred into the existing operator screens. Repair request can easily be entered directly by machine operating personal.

Various views with comfortable filter and formatting rules can be personalized for individual users, user groups or globally for all users. Transparent access to your maintenance information is ensured by web compatible client server architecture. At any time and from any location.
Repair requests of operating personal can be directly entered into operator screens through the seamless integration into WinCC combined with the advantages of centrally managed documentation and synchronization with the maintenance processes. In the opposite direction information that is available within the maintenance planning like remaining operating hours until a scheduled repair can be directly displayed within WinCC screens.
Ease of use:
The navigation between linked objects (like e.g. from a maintenance object to a planned order, from there to the performed orders down to a single order feedback) is a matter of seconds with the utilization of context sensitive hyper links.
Individual user settings are centrally stored. I.e. you will find your working environment always in the way you are used to it; No matter from where you log in.
With the possibility to create custom object types PM-MAINT integrates optimally into your environment.
For seamless further processing of maintenance relevant information with standard office productivity tools all lists that can be displayed in PM-MAINT are directly transferable into Microsoft Excel.
The communication between client and server can be configured for http and or tcp/stream protocol. For security reasons this can of course be encrypted.
Operating hours and operation cycles for performance based maintenance planning can be retrieved from WinCC, PCS7, WinCC flexible, WinCC V11/12 and also via text import and OPC/DA to interoperate with other sources.
By providing customizable workflows PM-MAINT adapts to the way you work (and not vice versa).
To ensure the secure operation of a plant or machine it is also necessary to take suitable preventive action (e.g. cell protection concept) and to integrate the automation and drive components into a state-of-the-art holistic industrial security concept for the entire plant or machine. Any third-party products that may be in use must also be taken into account.
