Vacuum contactors

Vacuum contactors are 3-pole contactors with electromagnetic operating mechanism. They are load breaking devices with a limited short-circuit making and breaking capacity for applications with high switching rates.


3TM vacuum contactors

3TM vacuum contactors are the optimal choice for medium-voltage power distribution. The compact, flexibly usable, energy-efficient products are suitable for all relevant ranges, including rated voltages from 7.2 to 15 kV and rated operational currents up to 450 A. They guarantee the safe switching of operational currents and overload currents in the categories AC-1 to AC-4 – including voltage dips – and thus ensure that plants operate with all-round protection.

3TL vacuum contactors

3TL vacuum contactors are three-pole contactors with electromagnetic operating mechanism for medium-voltage switchgear. They are load breaking devices with a limited short-circuit making and breaking capacity, and are used for high switching rates of up to three million mechanical operating cycles.

3TL6 contactor-fuse combinations

The contactor-fuse combinations 3TL62/63/66 are type-tested units of the successful 3TL6 contactors and HV HRC fuses. A fuse holder for two fuses per phase and a control transformer for power supply have been integrated. This enables frequent switching of high normal currents in a compact space. Due to their high reliability, the contactor-fuse combinations 3TL6 are used where frequent and safe switching is required.

Application
