Description

High efficiency, superior dynamics and low noise emission are crucial criteria when developing new hydraulic systems.

Our solution is based on the SINAMICS S120, SINAMICS G120 and SINAMICS V20 frequency converters in combination with SIMOTICS S-1FK7, SIMOTICS S-1FT7, SIMOTICS M-1PH8 and SIMOTICS GP 1LE1 motors. Our portfolio supports the appropriate, tailored combination of products – from top performance through to cost efficiency requirements.

The functional principle used is simple: Oil is only moved when required.

It’s not the pump, but the pump drive that makes the difference. This is why our solution can be combined with most of the hydraulic pumps.

Our servo pump only generates the amount of energy that is required in the relevant process phase. This yields a large savings effect, particularly during times in which the hydraulic cylinder rests and therefore no power (intervals) or little power (maintaining pressure with inactive cylinder) requires. During a break, the pump is virtually stopped and requires significantly less energy compared to solutions during which the pump must continue running.
